I've never actually made beer, though I've certainly processed my share. But if I could, I'd sure enter the Irish Fest stout brewing contest. And if I knew how to use knitting needles for anything other than poking my kids to get them out of bed in the morning, I'd absolutely enter the knitting contest. If I had any of the necessary skills to enter our competitions in these areas or in photography or baking I'd be all over the Kansas City Irish Fest contests. Because the prizes for all the coming pageants have been announced and they're doozies:

No, you are NOT required to knit with Bailey's Irish Cream. Though having some on hand certainly couldn't hurt. The knitting rules posted erroneously have been corrected. Sorry for the confusion.
