One Down

Congratulations to Kevin Ryan and crew at Governor Stumpy's for another great Celtic Block Party yesterday afternoon. It was a beautiful day and a great party. So many familiar faces it felt a little like a family reunion. As the day wore on, conversation had already turned to the next big event on our local Irish calendar, the Browne's Irish Market and Deli Street Fair, coming up June 6th and their big news that Irish Fest alums Scythian and Enter The Haggis would be joining the Elders and lots of other great local acts on the Browne's Stage. What a line up. And just a month away.

Browne's, as if you didn't know, is at the corner of 33rd and Penn, where as North America's oldest Irish business, they've been since Adam and Eve rode dinosaurs there to buy cookies and t-shirts. All the details of the Street Fair and everything else that John and Kerry have cooking are right here.
