Where To Volunteer, Special Edition

We have a special call for volunteers today, one you won't find on the sign up form. It comes from our First Aid chief Molly Scanlon West. She's looking for a few good men and women to assist in her area, not because she's lazy but because coincidentally both she and her sister Bridget, who also worked in first aid last year are expected to be giving birth right around Irish Fest time. Molly's husband Ryan, who also worked first aid might have his hands full, too.

Like most jobs at Irish Fest, this is one for which I'm massively unqualified. Maybe you are too. But if you're an EMT, paramedic, nurses or doctor and would like to get involved, we need you. As I hear it, the most common ailments you'll come across are blistered feet and skinned knees...knock on wood.
