Shrine On

Big doings for a great cause this weekend. It's the Harp and Shamrock 8th Annual "Night of Celtic Music" for Children's Mercy Hospital. The Harp and Shamrock of course being the good people at Bob Reeder's fan club who do so much to help hearing impaired children.

Tomorrow night, Saturday, November 8th, from 5:00 PM-midnight at the Ararat Shrine Temple, 5100 Ararat Drive, Kansas City, MO. 64129. It's who's who of the local Irish muisc scene, featuring Bob Reeder, Eddie Delahunt, John Morris, Rob Gavin, the Pipes and Drums of Ararat and The Elders. Tickets will be available at the door: Ages 12 and under free, Ages 13-64 $15 and Ages 64 and over $10. Proceeds to benefit the H&S Hearing Aid Fund. For more info, call 1-888-213-6949.

I can't can't take credit for this one. Harp and Shamrock have their own designer.

The poster was most likely done by Bob Reeder, who also designs and builds his own ads in my paper.
A very talented guy.
