Last Hurrah

Don't forget, muchachos y muchachas, the great Weston Irish Fest opens tomorrow, 10/10 and you're going to want to be there. For one thing, the weather is going to be stellar. In past years we've spent some chilly drizzly nights at the Weston hooley. Not so in '08. For another thing Sean and his crew have put together an outstanding line-up including The elders, The Young Dubs and Connie Dover. For another 'nother thing, they're very nice people up there on the river bluffs and they deserve a big hand and lot of support for putting this on. Because I'll let you in on a little secret: Irish festing is hard work.

So let's go. It's going to be a long winter.
