Our serene, fiddle playing cow is nameless no longer. The winning entry in our Name The Irish Fest Cow contest is Amy Eisele of Kansas City, KS who has dubbed our bowing bovine Daisy O' Fiddlesticks. Daisy and I thank all the kids who entered. Our 2009 cow will be unveiled right around New Years Day, so save all those left over great naming ideas for then.
