Irish Fest Doesn't End, It Just Takes A Break

Did you see Slide at Irish Fest this weekend?

Yeah? Didn't I tell you they were great?

No? You should listen to me next time. But you're in luck. You have another chance. Slide will be back here in just a couple weeks when they play at Raglan Road Irish Restaurant and Pub downtown in the Power and Light District on Tuesday, September 16th as part of their big Halfway To St. Patrick's Day events.

Yes, I said events, plural. The Elders take the Raglan Stage on Thursday the 18th. And more is the works, including the release of new Raglan Road Irish Stout. You'd better plan on taking that week off. I'll keep you posted with all the updates right here.

I am SO there!!! I LOVED Slide's performance! To call them high energy is a gross understatement. I bought their CD, "Overneath", which is just wonderful, but their show is even better.

I also enjoyed Slide a lot. I bought the new CD but I was a little disappointed because they had a different singer than the one they have now. I loved his voice. I'm looking forward to seeing them again.

Do you know what time they'll be performing?
