If you're a traditional musician and have always wanted to play at The Kansas City Irish Fest, this could be your year.
Among the many changes and improvements you'll find at Crown Center for 2008 is the addition of a session tent where trad players are welcome to gather, pull up a chair and a glass and play the music in the way it was meant to be played.
Just look for our thatched roof cottage near the main gate, off to your left when you walk in. Through that red door you'll find an seisiún and some of our area's best local players. Whether you bow, strum, pick, blow, pound or squeeze a bellows to make your music, you're welcome here.
