I've got a diet tip for you. A guaranteed appetite-curber. Today at lunch time as you sit down with your triple-bacon-cheese-gristle burger and super sized chili fries, turn on your radio and tune in to KKFI 90.1 FM. There on the old wireless, just in time to ruin lunch, you'll hear me, Uncle Bloggy on the air with Charles Feruzza on the appropriately titled "Anything Goes" program. Mercifully, it's a short show.

But, 'tis the season. You'll be hearing and reading a lot from us Irish Festers in these next two weeks as our annual media blitz begins.
