Radio Results
Thanks to all the friends and fans of the Kansas City Irish Fest and Public Radio who called in pledges to KCUR yesterday while Shawn, Sarah, Mary Alice and I were on the air shilling. Thanks to you we absolutely demolished our goal for the hour, more than doubling the amount we were asked to raise. I've been doing this a long time and that was our best result ever. Listeners as young as 2 called in (thank you, Seamus) and did K.C.'s Celtic community proud. If you missed your chance, fear not. We'll be back at it in the fall.

I let one of your sisters know that you were begging and whining on air and to help a brutha out. Her response was "not bloody likely" I think you can take her off the favorite sister list.
That's because I'm saving every penny to buy my big brother a fabulous Christmas present this year. And thanks for ratting me out, Liz!
