Help, Please

I need a favor.

If you live West of the greater Kansas City area, I need you to drag the old box fan out of the closet, turn it to the West and turn it on high. Maybe grab a magazine yourself and wave it rapidly in that direction.

If you live East of here and are currently enjoying the nice weather we'd been having here, I'd like you to do the same thing and blow it back this way.

See, we're forecast to have temps in the 30's and snow tomorrow for the first round of parades. Sunday and Monday, though the temp goes up a bit, the snow turns to rain which I don't see is a huge improvement. So anything you good folks can do to stall the weather that apparently is headed this way would be greatly appreciated. If things get really desperate, I may have to ask Ed Scanlon for a special "Ed Said" St. Patrick's Day address to increase the hot air levels around here.
