President Ed Scanlon points out a photo that ran in this morning's Kansas City Star of a cow recently saved from a one way trip to burgerville courtesy of it's prominent State-of-Michigan shaped spot. Says Ed: "Somewhere there is a real cow with a shamrock, I would be proud to herd her around Crown Center. She could share the hotel room with the first lady and I."This needs to happen. If you are a rancher or dairy farmer and happen to have a spare cow laying around with a genuine shamrock shaped spot, I am authorized to purchase or rent said bovine for use as Kansas City Irish Fest mascot and Ed Scanlon house pet.
