Gaelic Storm Asks...

Coming to the Gaelic Storm show on Saturday? If so, the band has a request of you:

"For those of you who've seen GS in the past year, you know that the whole crowd sings the chorus of "Me and The Moon" ... Patrick/Peter's side of the audience sings "I BROUGHT THE WHISKEY" and Twigger/Jessie's side of the audience sings "... HE BROUGHT THE LIGHT!" while holding up their lighted cell phones - which looks awesome.

However, the band would now like to see tons of camera flashes from the audience instead of phones - It looks absolutely phenomenal!

So, PLEASE, flash photography is allowed and encouraged ... help BRING THE LIGHT for "Me and The Moon" and it will be spectacular!

On a separate note, and more closely related to the conventional meaning of "flashing", Pete Purvis is collecting "Uni-Thongs". If you are feeling charitable, please help add to his collection. Maybe we can get him to wear one on stage ..."

There you go. Behave accordingly.

Dan, Could you post a photo of a "Uni-thong?" Better yet, could you post a photo of Peter wearing a "uni-thong?"

Helpful suggestion?

Most digital cameras have a DELAY between when you press the button and when the flash goes off. If you have one of those... then be prepared to press the button on the "HE" of "HE BROUGHT THE LIGHT" ( or even the "SKEY" of "WHISKEY" if you have one of the REALLY slow ones ) and people with expensive NIKONS or whatever that do NOT have this delay should wait until the word "LIGHT" and then go for it because that's probably how long it will take everyone else's camera to 'go off'.

That way... it all hits the fan on the word "LIGHT"... which will be pretty cool.

God, this is a long winter.
