I ran into Jack Boyd of local Irish rockers The Kelihans a day or two ago while we were both doing a little last minute Christmas shopping at Browne's Irish Market. Funny how we both had the same semi-panicked look in our eyes. Jack told me that he and the band will be playing up the road at O'Malley's in Weston this weekend, which sounds to me like a perfect way to relieve yourself of holiday stress...like last minute shopping.
The band plays both Friday and Saturday nights.
