The Kansas City Irish Fest Grant Advisory Board met recently to weigh and review the many, many grant requests submitted in this first year of the process. If you or your organization submitted an application, you'll notified in the coming weeks as to the status of your particular situation. While requests were late in coming, come they did and in numbers which unfortunately mean that not everybody got an award. But for those who will be getting a check, we're excited to be able to make an inmpact on the community we serve and excited to see they fruits of these awards grow around us.
Special thanks to all the members of the Grant Board who burned a lot of midnight oil reading and discussing each application.
