Hmmm
Here's another thing I just learned at breakfast: Canadian bacon is just plain old bacon.

I always thought that Canadian bacon was round with not much fat, and what we eat is cut in strips with half meat and half fat. Depending on how much you want to spend for a pound of the stuff.
