You good people coming from elsewhere for the Kansas City Irish Fest in two weeks may find yourselves struggling to get to our home in Crown Center, due to extensive construction downtown. This Urban Renaissance business is a messy affair.
Before you hit the road or take to the skies, do yourselves a big favor and get an update on how the building boom is effecting traffic flow. You can do that right here.
The last thing we want is to have you endlessly circling the Sprint Center when you ought to be here listening to music with a cold Boulevard beer in your mitt. If you're coming by train, here's what you do: go up the stairs. Cross the street. There you are.

Danny - presumably the nice friendly shuttle drivers from the airport are well aware of the construction? I'd hate to be an out-of-towner, giving my friendly driver "the best route to the Hyatt at the crown center because of the construction" speech.
I'm gonna trust that these guys know what they are doing and not worry about it :)
I'd say you're right, Claire. You start offering advice toa shuttle driver on the route, and you might get here by way of Topeka!
