This morning's Kansas City Star quotes the The Corporation For National And Community Service in ranking our town as 7th among major cities in percentage of the population who are volunteers. They think that's great.

I think it stinks.

7th? Are you kidding me? We got beat by Tulsa, for Jaysus sake. TULSA! This cannot stand.
