Culture Ireland
As we were last year, the Kansas City Irish Fest is fortunate indeed to benefit in 2007 from the financial assistance that the Irish government makes available through Cúltur Éireann (Culture Ireland) to artists who bring the best in Irish traditional arts to the wide world.
Irish Fest performers Beoga have been given a generous grant from Culture Ireland to assist them on their North American tour this summer. Culture Ireland, established in 2005, is the Irish State Agency that promotes the best of Ireland’s arts and culture internationally and assists in the development of Ireland’s international cultural relations. The organization will award millions of Euros this year in grants to artists in theatre, dance, film, music, visual art, and literature.
Don't miss the exciting Beoga...brought to you by Cúltur Éireann and the Kansas City Irish Fest.
