Spring Storm
My sister out in Utah saw 2007 Irish Fest performers Gaelic Storm with Mairtin de Cogain in support in concert last Saturday night. I thought we deserved a little taste to tide us over until their show here next month.

My friends and I traveled to the KC Fest from Colorado last year and LOVED it. So much that we're coming back this year. Last Thursday night we saw Gaelic Storm in Denver and I was so excited to see Mairtin playing with them - although it took me awhile to recognize him (actually it was the fuschia on the bodhran that gave me my first clue). I'd seen the clips of his haircut on your blog, but it was still a shock to see in real life. Fuschia Band was a delight last year and Gaelic Storm has always been a favorite for me. So to have them all on the stage together last week in Denver was more than I could have asked for. Looking very forward to this Labor Day weekend and seeing all my favorite musicians again. You put on one heck of a festival.
