Did you happen to notice that our dancing 2007 Irish Fest cow has made her debut over at the Irish Fest home page? You'll be seeing a lot of our bovine beauty in the next 177 days. And of course, the kids among you will get a chance to name her and win a big, stuffed, artificial cow as a prize for doing so. I'll be letting you know all about that this summer.
