Yum

The time flies, doesn't it? Why it seems like only yesterday I was a just a wee little Irish Fest director, pouring imaginary beers for my little friends, negotiating pretend contracts with pretend agents...good times, good times. But time, like beer itself, flows on and as such soon it will be that magical holiday season again, St. Patrick's Day.

I was given a bit of momentous good news regarding this particular event just last night. I ran into my old friend Domhnall Molloy at a local pub. Domhnall, you may know, is the executive chef at McCormick and Schmick restaurant here in town and there is no finer cook or man anywhere. He told me last night that his restaurant will be serving for the second year a full traditional Irish breakfast on The Day, with live Irish music, drink specials and all that wonderful food. I know we've a few weeks to go yet, but as I said...time flies. And I'm hungry.

All the details will be forthcoming, along with the important info on all your St. Patrick's Day dining options, including of course the classic feast presented at Browne's Irish Market and Deli.

Stay tuned.
