Year of The Elders

2007 is the year of The Elders.

Don't believe me? Check out their live schedule for the year. Consider they they've recently inked a distribution deal that will put Elders CDs in every record store in the free world. Consider that the new record is getting raves worldwide. The Elders are going to blow up in 2007, as the kids say these days. At least I think that what they say. But what do I know? I still use the word "record". But you get the point.

So how lucky are we to have the chance to see them in an increasingly rare pub show this weekend? Massive lucky. And as a bonus, Máirtín de Cógáin and Kevin Kiley will open. Upgrade that to crazy lucky.
