I ran across these videos on Bloggorah, one of my favorite Irish stops along the web and thought this was a fascinating and a little sad bit of social experimentation. Manchán Magan set off around Ireland speaking only Irish and documented the trip and the reception he got from the people he met along the way on film. My favorite part is him asking girls in a disco to dance (rince) and them thinking he's asking them to do the Macarena.
