Today we celebrate Dave "Shocko" Shaughnessy, the man behind the music at the Kansas City Irish Fest. Dave is busy booking a slate of great bands for Irish Fest 2007, but we hope he'll find time today to enjoy a piece of birthday cake and a cold Boulevard Wheat beer or two.
