And while we're on the subject of KCIF alumni, 2006 headliners Gaelic Storm won't be returning to Kansas City any time soon. However, they will be a short roadtrip away in Pella, Iowa for two shows, Saturday November 11.
Pella is, according to Map Quest, just 4 hours away from Kansas City. Just enough time to listen to a couple Gaelic Storm CDs and get primed. The first show is at 2:00 PM, the nightcap at 7:30. Tickets are right here.
