Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann in KC

As they were last year, this October, the best young traditional players in Ireland will be in Kansas City for a one night only performance. Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann presents a rare opportunity to see these fantastic musicians and dancers on their tour of North America, sponsored by the Celtic Fringe of Kansas City.

The show will be Wednesday, October 18th at 7:30 PM at the Rose Theater at Rockhurst High School. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for kids under 12 and are available at Browne's Irish Market and Deli, Doherty & Sullivan's Irish Goods, The Irish Crystal Company and Sheehan's Irish Imports. They'll also be available at the door the night of the show.

If you went last year, I know you'll be back. If you didn't, please do yourself a favor and catch this show. These young artists are the very best Ireland has to offer and Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann is doing great work keeping traditional Irish music and culture alive and thriving, both in Ireland and abroad. If the traditional arts are important to you, please support Comhaltas in their mission by attending the Kansas City show. If you're outside KC, you can see if there will be a show near you here.
