Volunteering Today?

Good for you! We need you.

But when you do...

We've noticed a small problem. When you fill out the form, should you, in your understandable haste to don the mantle of Irish Fester, happen to maybe not fill out part of the registration, the form doesn't go through. You do get a big red banner that says hey, you forgot to tell us you name or what have you, but it's at the bottom of the page, and you could miss it and think that your form was received, when in fact it wasn't. We're working to remedy that. In the meantime, if you volunteered or think you did and haven't heard back from Erin or Amanda after 48 hours confirming that, would you please drop them a line at volunteers@kcirishfest.com today and check on the status of your registration? We don't think this happened to too many people, but we can't afford to lose anybody.

One more related note on the Milwaukee Irish Fest that KCIF Director Ed Scanlon and I recently attended. Did you know that the Milwaukee Fest uses 4000 volunteers. And has a waiting list to join that 4000? I wonder if they'd loan me that list...
