Should you happen to roll out of bed tomorrow morning around 8:00 and have a television handy, tune into to Kansas City Irish Fest sponsor station KMBC TV 9 (Kansas City's ABC affiliate). There you'll see my mug talking all things Irish Fest, a sight sure to send you running back to bed. I'll be heading down to the station accompanied by The Fuchsia Band, who'll be taping a performance that will air on Sunday. I'll let you know what time Sunday when I know.
In this last week before Irish Fest, you'll be hard pressed to turn on your radio or television without hearing one of us festers extolling the virtues and pleasures of little festival. You might get lucky and come across one of the lovely young women who serve on our board of directors. Or, you might get one us less dulcet toned and camera friendly. Turn on or off those devices as you see fit.
