Our friend and Irish Fest workhorse Máirtín de Cógáin's film (okay, technically it's Ken Loach's film) The Wind That Shakes The Barley has won the top prize at Cannes, in a unanimous vote. We have no doubt at all that without Máirtín's contribution, it's a straight to video job.
Congratulations to Máirtín and all involved in the film!
