Round the Houses Again - Be Mindful of the Dresser

In case you're finding it difficult to leave the festival behind, here's a little troll through some internet feedback on the KC Irish Fest experience, in guestbooks, messageboards, and forums that should give you a fix:

There's reaction up in Cape Breton for The Cottars, on Téada's website, on Eileen Ivers' guestbook, on Enter The Haggis' TalkBoard, and of course here in KC on The Elders' Messageboard.

Meanwhile Old Blind Dogs have made available an MP3 of their performance of Kincadine Lads from Saturday night at KC Irish Fest. The lads are in Texas now - good luck with the rest of the US Tour boys. Or should that be dogs?

The Fuchsia Band have some Irish Fest Photos posted by a fan as well as reaction in the general forum and guestbook.

New CDs released this Labor Day Weekend, that I forgot to mention, were by Ellis Island - The Whole Shebang and by The Wild Clover Band - Behind The Blarney. This morning I've been listening to the superb new release from Eddie Delahunt, Original Sing. What have you been doing?

Handy Irish Phrase: Rinne muid sé chéad míle in aon lá (We travelled six hundred miles in one day)
