The Killdares had a good time

The Killdares are back in Texas where they have a busy weekend ahead of them. They are playing the GrapeFest on Saturday at Grapevine, TX, and a BENEFIT for KATRINA victims on Sunday at Fat Daddy's Sound Shack in Lewisville, TX. But I wonder what they did last weekend?

We just got back from an incredible time playing at the Kansas City Irish Festival over Labor Day weekend.
This is simply one of the most enjoyable fests we've played. The staff and hospitality are to die for, and the crowds were even better. With shows on the main stages both Saturday and Sunday, THE KILLDARES made a mighty impression on those Kansas City-ans, and had the pleasure of sharing the stage with a wonderful group of people including Eileen Ivers, Enter The Haggis and The Elders. Lookin' forward to going back. Thank you KCIF!

Thank You The Killdares. We'll let you know when their brand new CD comes out.

Handy Irish Phrase: ceannóidh mé na deochanna seo don chuideachta (I'll buy this round of drinks)
