Volunteers Needed

Maybe you're planning to volunteer - after all you always have - you volunteered for the Westport and the Brookside Irish Festivals and wouldn't miss the opportunity for fun that volunteering for the KC Irish Fest presents.

Well, a lot of the areas are filling up fast, so you should get your volunteer requests in soon to make sure you have a chance of working in your preferred area.

Oh, you say, you don't have a preferred area. Well then think what the Irish Fest means to the kids in our community. Really. Do it. Imagine the power of passing on our heritage to children. They are our Irish Festivals of the future. And imagine being able to help pass on that heritage. In its artwork and crafts, its theater, games, books, essays, stories, images, dancing and music. Imagine the KC Irish Fest through the eyes of a child. Be a child again. Volunteer for the kids area. The festival has planned a lot more for our kids and as such it needs a lot more volunteers than last year.
