The profile of Wolfstone has been published on the website. Up there with Celtic giants Runrig, Wolfstone are the band that introduced many of us to the concept of what we now call Celtic Rock.
In The Living Tradition over there on FolkMusic.Net there is an article by Pete Heywood from the summer of 2001 that chronicles Wolfstone's history. Since then Wolfstone have released their greatly acclaimed CD "Almost an Island". The title refers to the Ardnamurchan Peninsula in the Scottish highlands, and not to Baja California.
On the BBC, in their Celtic Roots section - which covers Contemporary Celtic to Traditional Folk - there is an exclusive diary by singer and guitarist Stuart Eaglesham as Wolfstone toured the US last year. Have a read - KC Irish Fest performers Teada make an appearance, as do ZZ Top (sort of).
Remember there wouldn't be a Seven Nations if there wasn't a Wolfstone. That's Seven Nations the band - I'm not suggesting Wolfstone founded seven different countries. For details of their festival performances, check out the Wolfstone profile.
