Family Festival at Crown Center

In advance of Labor Day weekend's Irish Fest, the gardens and fountains of Crown Center can be enjoyed by all the family at the 2005 Festa Italiana. Commencing today at 5pm and ending on Sunday at 7pm, the festival features food and fun for all the family including a Kids' Area, plus a full program of entertainment on two stages. Details of the event can be found at the festival's website. Don't know about you, but any event which describes an entertainment act as "Almost Cher" (Anna Maria Mathina) is unmissable to me.
